Implant (only the product) 10 Years

Biohorizons Implant Life-long (product only, provided by producer)

Partial Dentures (temporaries not included) 3 Years

Full Denture 1 Year

Extent of guarantee: We provide guarantee for laboratory work carried out at any of our clinics. In case any failure occurs due to material or laboratory work our clinics will resolve the problem. Premiere Dental is not liable for any unforeseen root canal treatment after having tooth/teeth prepared for crown & bridgework. Occasionally, teeth might suffer preparation trauma during crown & bridgework treatment resulting in a need for a root canal treatment afterwards.

Guarantee will be reduced or invalidated:

• If the patient neglects oral hygiene.
• If any treatments have been carried out in spite of an explicit contrary opinion from the dentist.
• In case of accidental damage, for example dropping dentures. If the patient loses or gains a substantial amount of weight during a short period of time.
• If patient does not notify our office, any of our clinics or any Premiere Dental person prior to exercising the guarantee.
• If the patient’s gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally reducing.
• If the patient’s general health and medical condition has negative effects on the dental condition (for example diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, condition after x-rays or chemotherapy).
• When removable restorations such as partial or full dentures have not been kept and maintained in a proper way.
• In case of any temporary work. In case payment obligations are not fulfilled.

Please note, that such guarantee can only be validated in case the patient does NOT neglect oral hygiene, follows the instructions of the dentist carrying out the treatment and accordingly and appears at one of our clinics for check up at least once every year.
