Trading Terms and Policies
General Policies
We assess everyone's medical conditions individually. We aim to achieve the best result through the best health solution. Accordingly, our dental professionals do not and will not force treatments, or suggest treatment or solution they do not regard suitable and harmless for the individual's health. Our dental professionals avoid using any material, method or practice that is considered harmful, or has not been examined by relevant laboratories. We aim for our customers' satisfaction and carry out treatments bringing their confidence at the highest standards of health care providing.
Consultations
During consultations Dr Szalay and her team assesses of the patient's health and oral conditions. Based on the result of the examination and the received information, a treatment plan is set up, informing the patient about possible treatment options. There is no charge for consultations in case the patient starts the treatment within 60 days after the first consultation. We suggest you inform us at least 14 days before about your arrival.
During consultations, the dentist might need a panoramic x-ray to be taken to assess your oral condition in detail and with accuracy (oral surgical interventions may require accurate measuring e.g. of your jawbone). The x-ray services are provided for free at our Budapest clinics. In case of unreported absence from the discussed appointment, we are not able to guarantee arranging another consultation at any time.
Treatments
Our aim is to keep you well-informed about the course of treatment you undertake with all of its details. You will be always provided with relevant written material concerning every stage of your treatment.
During undertaking dental treatment you will not be obliged to do or accept anything, and may at any time discontinue the course of treatment. In such case, you only have to pay for treatments and laboratory work which has already been done so far.
Our dentist has the absolute right to redirect you or discontinue the treatment at any time with professional reasons, or if you are not able to represent yourself in a mentally and physically fit condition for undertaking medical treatment.

Complaints
In case you find any procedure or treatment not meeting your requirements, please feel free to let us know about it. In case any complaint occurs because of our fault, we will examin and correct it as soon as possible. Please note, that we only accept complaints in writing, and will consider the time spent from the event providing reason for complaint as a main factor; therefore, we ask you to let us know about it as quick as possible: customercare@premieredental.co.uk.

No information will be passed onto any person or company, not being responsible for the whole or part of your treatment; this applies to any commercially or personally sensitive information that you give us including details of disabilities, dietary / religious requirements, or any personal information. We take full responsibility for ensuring that proper security measures are used to protect your information

We do not collect e-mail addresses from our web site visitors. We do not spam (send unsolicited e-mails) to our customers and web site visitors. We do not sell our customers' and web site visitors' e-mail addresses or personal or any commercially sensitive information to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
